All orders are processed immediately and will ship within a few days of order confirmation. You should receive a separate email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the link to become active.
Preordered items will ship as soon as they arrive to us. We cannot guarantee ship dates on these items, but will update the item description in our webshop, so please check there for most recent ETA prior to inquiring directly via email. Once the items arrive, we will ship all preorders in the order they were received. In many cases, we may need a few days to process all preorders. We appreciate your patience!
Once we release the package to the shipping agent, we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will help you correspond with the agent to solve any difficulties as best we can.
We ship domestically via Fedex Ground without signature confirmation, and it is up to the discretion of the delivery person whether to leave the package if there is no one home to accept it. If this is a concern, please provide us with an alternate shipping address if you work during the day or do not anticipate being home to receive your order.
On occasion our shipping system may flag certain addresses as invalid or incomplete. When this occurs we will contact the you prior to shipping to confirm the address. Please note that any packages returned to us due to incorrect address will be subject to a reshipping fee.
At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and do not offer local pickup.
We now offer international shipping on our online store. Unfortunately we are not able to provide shipping estimates over email, but our shipping cost is calculated automatically when items are in the cart.
